Questions about buying
Why one price per lab, not per person?
So you can include every student without counting seats, and so it is one simple line in a grant or department budget.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
You choose a plan and keep everything your lab has entered. If you stop, we can give you an export and then delete the pilot data.
Who hosts it?
We host the Lab and Department plans. The Institution plan runs on your own server.
How do we pay?
Yearly by invoice, in advance. Purchase orders are fine.
Can a student have more than one supervisor?
No. Each student has one supervising professor, and an administrator can change who that is.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Reports and records export as PDF and CSV, and a full database backup is available.
See your lab's week in RPH.
We'll walk you through it with sample data and answer your questions about setting it up.
